Are ALL free packages from Ubuntu available on Trisquel?

Hi guys! Recently I have been searching for CAD applications aimed at drawing LEGO models. I came accross with LeoCAD.In its website I could read that it is free(libre) software. This app is available at Ubuntu's repositories though I couldn't find it on Trisquel.Is there any reason for this?

Hey xilixi! Yes, all free packages are included (unless they depend on a non-free package).

However Trisquel 6 is based on ubuntu 12.04 which didn't include LeoCAD. It will be available in Trisquel 7.

Not all. For instance connman is missing despite being in Ubuntu:
