Hello everyone,

After doing an update some things aren't working as before. Gnome settings are not saved every time I change something. If I go to system settings and change anything, close it and open it again the settings are lost.

I deleted gnome2 and gconf folders and rebooted but no change.

So, I would like some help...

GNOME 3 respects the XDG Base Directory Specification: http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html

The personal configuration files are in ~/.config

If you do not tell us what "updates" you do, we cannot help you.
