In the GNOME Classic menu in 7.0, it is no longer possible to drag menu items between folders using the menu editor. Not sure why it had to change.

The default desktop setup is garbage. If you want classic desktop, use Cinnamon:

IMHO for better security don't use external repo. Use trisquel mini or xfce4 package instead.

Mate is in Trisquel 7 Belenos' repository as well: http://packages.trisquel.info/belenos/mate-desktop
