Test print page is the Ubuntu default

Description

In a previous version of Trisquel(5.5 I believe) there was a Trisquel specific Test Print page with a beautiful Trisquel logo and very nice color. Version 6.0 onward has had the Ubuntu default page.

The printer test page in 7.0 has the trisquelgnulinux logo on it and no upstream branding.
