IceCat get addons page not working

Description

Iceweasel about:addons page doesn't work properly. The "Get addons" subpage doesn't render the usual addons search page. See attachment for details.

Seems to be fixed in GNU Icecat 31.5.0. Or at least I can't reproduce it here at that Icecat level.
