Some GFDL packages have a misleading name

Description

Packages licensed as GNU FDL with invariant sections are no DFSG-free, but we do not follow the Debian guidelines for that particular point, but the FSF ones. The package names, inherited from Debian and Ubuntu, are missleading an should be changed. The related packages are:

* tetex-doc-nonfree
* texinfo-doc-nonfree
