Firstly, I should mention that I decided to open this post in "General Free Software Talk" since I have been criticized for posting wrong places. The topic is language and I did not want to open this post in Troll Lounge because there is a tendency that the post itself is supposed as not a serious something. if this place exists to discuss "free software, free culture, online privacy and related topics.", personally I suppose that
talking about language in this place is acceptable. But as I was criticized, talking about those "supposed related topics" in this place might offend you. I think it is good to have a place where we can post something between Troll Lounge and here to.
The English language is the practical common language. As some old user stated a long time ago, activists have to learn English. So I guess especially native English speakers can understand how the topic is related to this place.
I was looking for a new online English school.
As my requests:
* Free of charge
* The system uses secure networks (like i2p or Tor? I don't know) and secure chat software.
* Exchanges lesson times (after I taught some language 30 min to someone, I get 30 min to be taught some language)
I think some online school applies the exchange of lesson time system and I liked the way itself but of course the system uses Skype, and no anonymity, requires that, requires this, etc.
If you know such online language schools that meet my requirements, please inform me.

I don't have any answers myself. I've been interested in Latinum
school, which teaches Classical Latin for colloquial and literary use,
and YIVO for learning Yiddish. Neither use free software-friendly
mediums for teaching, and YIVO even uses some Adobe software! A shande,
it is!
One of the greatest tragedies of human beings would be that one of the low-level languages (in a good meaning) such as the English language has become the common language. In particular, the distinction between countable and uncountable nouns and the future tense look the worst. It seems that "That is not two, just one" and "Of course I pay, maybe". Can the native speakers explain why it is not called "the Mars" but it is called "the Earth"? It seems it is similar to Apple's confused preference. Anyway I will elaborate on it later, if my guess was not wrong. I wish there would be a non-aphasic normal linguist.
