Proper 4K monitor display on Trisquel 10.0.1 LTS Nabia

I tried out Trisquel for the first time but I could not get my monitor to be properly recogonized and used in it's full 4K display settings. Even the refresh rates where not available for it. It only allowed me to go up to 720 in display resolution.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics × 4
