It has been reported (here) that Libreboot’s arm64 supported Chromebooks are having problems starting Trisquel’s 11.0.1 arm64 installer. For this reason, the following manual was created as a workaround to install Trisquel on this devices: here.

Although Google has done some good things for the free software community [cite], they distribute proprietary software, and promote services-as-a-substitute-for-software, not to mention the numerous privacy concerns that Google has raised.
