Enabling Caja sound pre-play (aka audio preview)

That small "play" sign which is currently displayed in Caja while hovering over sound file icons seemed to be doing nothing.

Caja must have re-introduced it at some point while I was looking away, and it is in fact now one package away from daily use in Trisquel:

sudo apt install gstreamer1.0-tools
