Hello,

I have considered installing libreboot in one of my machines and run Trisquel on it.
I have been wary seeing the level of difficulty in the diy(s), as well I don't believe it is easy to put a laptop back together quite properly after disassembly. Not to say that it can not be done by an expert.

However, as part of the process, I have noticed that "libreboot.org" has anticipated and put much effort into describing the difficulties possible to encounter, and potential resolutions to such.

This post is to make note that "libreboot.org" mentions Trisquel on their 'GNU+Linux Installation Instructions' page.

(https://libreboot.org/docs/gnulinux/; https://libreboot.org/docs/gnulinux/encrypted_trisquel.html)

It seems many of the resolutions presented to various libreboot related problems encountered will apply as well to those problems encountered by Trisquel users.

that this information is helpful.
Thanks.
