Reverse censorship

I've just subscribed a website that offers free/libre, HTML5-based, and JavaScript-free games not very long ago. However, when I tried to access it more recently, it returned a "403 - Forbidden". Obviously it is not the case that Chinese authorities blocked it. Instead, the website itself prohibited any request from China.

It is understandable that nobody likes a fascist regime like China (except fascist ruling class themselves). I don't wish to complain about anything. But I could give away my paid account to my friends abroad, so that they can enjoy freedom without sacrificing their own privacy.

Error 403: "The server understood the request, but is refusing to authorize it."

Just curious, how do you know that all China is blocked?

The server understands that you have better things to do than playing HTML5 games and is trying to help you kick the habit.
