For Sale: Retiring 3x KGPE-D16 Server Nodes - Virtualisation Cluster

We are retiring a few of our 3‑node ASUS KGPE‑D16 server clusters that have been running Proxmox/Ceph in a data centre and wanted to gauge interest here so they'd find an appropriate new home. These are libre‑friendly boards (slightly deviating variations running coreboot received FSF RYF, they are coreboot‑capable) and have been rock‑solid with GNU/Linux.

The D16 is compatible with coreboot. Basically these machines are ready to go, just add storage.

NB: These servers are loud-ish; not Supermicro‑super‑loud, but still server‑grade hardware and therefore probably not suitable for your living room without a watercooling modification.

You mentioned that you're phasing out these server motherboards—what will you install in their place? Is there anything better that runs on open-source software?
If we’re talking about using these motherboards for PCs, water cooling isn’t necessary—you can use
an AMD Opteron 6262 HE, which draws 65–85 watts; good CPU coolers are sufficient for that.
And don't use Coreboot—use GnuBoot instead, which is much better))
We're selling complete servers builds, not just the mainboard. These are air cooled with two 2U HSFs each. They ran with the vendor BIOS, on request we add an additional libre-friendly coreboot/petitboot ROM Raptor Engineering built for us a couple of years back (https://www.raptorengineering.com/content/kb/1.html).
"Better" in this broad use-case are the POWER9 Talos II systems from RaptorCS. Apart from that I'm not aware of any libre-friendly server hardware.
