In my acknowledgements SuSE TW clearly isolates nonfree against main repo (in contrary to SLE), and I have tried out-of-the-box w/in Linux-libre RPM kernels by the Freed-ora and deCentOS projects, but Freed-ora is Fedora-centric and deCentOS is CentOS or RHEL centric. Where are alternatives for the SuSE-centric Linux-libre kernels available overall our world?

They probably don't exist. So the answer would probably be that they're waiting for for you to make them?
