I have a old pc. It's ram = 512 mb, I want to install trisquel 7 mini in this pc. Where I can get trisquel 7 mini iso?

But you should not run Trisquel 7 (Mini or not): it does not receive any update anymore. Not even security updates. You can try Trisquel 8 Mini and, if it sometimes uses too much RAM, replace the responsible programs for lighter alternatives. Or you can start with Trisquel 8 NetInstall (minimal text system) and builds upon it.
Notice that many Web pages want your browser to run a ton of JavaScript. Usually proprietary JavaScript. Changing the Web browser will not make the Web pages lighter.
