This page is a bit old: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/installing-mate . Is there an update. I tried changing "precise" to "trusty" but that repository doesn't exist.

I found it. The repository is for the new Ubuntu-Mate distro:

I'd add to the Mate installation page, but I can't seem to get the formatting right. All the necessary info is in the above link.

Heh, I wouldn't use MATE if it weren't for mintMenu, or "mate-menu" as Ubuntu MATE renamed it. But of course, we each have our preference :P
