Anyone know if FSF compliant UI mockup/sketching tools exist? I basically want to design a mockup/sketch of a website on GNU/Linux, but can't seem to find a took which is FSF compliant.
Does such software exist in the FSF world?

IIRC guys from elementary OS use Inkscape for mockups. There is also Pencil. Both are free software.

Inkscape or GIMP are great applications. There are many tutorials on them.
