Have you tried PokerTH? Or HoldingNuts? There is a package named "python-poker2d" too. With another package "python-poker-prizes" that "adds support for real prizes" (if you wish).
All those packages are readily installable from Trisquel's package manager.

I meant on a public server, didn't realize it might be possible to run a private one.
