Trisquel arm with 32 bit support

issues with devices that can't handle usb dongles but are really cool (droid 4 with sliding keyboard and micro HDMI) running proot (Fedora29 xfce4 desktop but moving to something different due to deprication of armv7 repos, new device anyone?)

works great with android handling network and Termux proot booting Fedora29. Nano, devel librarys, make, javac, pyinstaller (not yet venv-ing the target platforms yet)

saw the forum on Trisquel arm and have a small, possibly redundent request for arm being amongst the first category.

2 modes of updates:
-critical security, where users build their own updates and share them
-prepared builds pointing out what's missing with requests to take em up
