Upgrading trisquel-mini from 9 to 10 installs trisquel(mate) packages

This is my second laptop upgrading trisquel-mini and when doing:
$ sudo do-release-upgrade

The upgrade script installs mate packages from trisquel.

I have already report it at the #trisquel irc channel and although I got a response that it was fixed, unfortunately today I get the same error.

Only when installing trisqule-mini (which is removed when you delete a default package, i.e. pidgin) the upgrade seems to work as expected.
