I installed the system,
I got an error about something being wrong with the language, and everything went back to English (my native language is Russian). To understand what was going on, I wanted to quickly open the translator in the browser and translate into Russian, but I couldn't because I didn't find the Internet.
I found the instructions

which apparently does not work, because I simply do not have it. I simply do not have any networks displayed, as if there is no WIFI around.
My questions:
1. Where can I find instructions on how to turn on the Internet?
2. How can I return the system to the language that I selected during installation?
