I can not Join in identi.ca
Why?
Registration on identi.ca was closed in order to encourage people to
build more independently-owned federated pump.io networks, so that the
network is not centralised.
However, the parent company of identi.ca (E14N) has other
pump.io-powered social networking sites that work with/alongside
identi.ca. For example, pumpit.info (which I use) is one of the E14N
websites that you can register on, among others that you can find at
http://pump.io/tryit.html (view the source code of that page for the list).

you can also see this list of diaspora hosters, which i think has compatibility with identi.ca
Install client software Dianara or Pumpa from repositories (I like Dianara).
Go to identi.ca and click on Try it!
Complete user and password and enter to your new account. Don't close firefox
Execute your client and add the account user@server and click
Go back to firefox and copy the verification code and paste it in the verification box on your client
Save the changes and thats all.
