I feel that you care about expressing real color. Because I want to express real color as much as possible. It might be normal though.

The color of the sky stands out due to the dark surroundings.

A pan. Taken with iPhone SE, "Ah... I remember there was such a phone in the past.", by a man of Apple support around two years ago.
PS: Why it rotates? Is this kind of harassment.

My DVD player. My X60 was recently broken so while fixing it, I have been using this as a substitution of my laptops. This is very inconvenient because especially it has only one USB port so while I am using a keyboard, I cannot use a mouse. So I bought the PS2 due to using its controller as a keyboard and a mouse but it did not work. Ethernet worked. Kind of my current limit. Also as a record. Any complaint? Can you imagine how it is difficult for me to do?

With a 4-port USB hub, it's possible to use keyboard and mouse simultaneously, while installing a GNU/Linux distribution from one USB storage device to another.

I once did so on a UMPC (ultra-mobile PC, now obsolete) with only one USB port.

No, I succeeded in it. Although since I have only an Ubuntu DVD, it is Ubuntu, not Trisquel, though. And the PS2's memory card is an exclusive standard you know so it is not compatible with the X60s, at all. I was searching for its converter (PS2 to USB2.0) but there does not seem to be such a thing. Anyway like this, I am totally confused about what I am doing or what I want to do but thank you anyway.

Here you are:

https://doc.coreboot.org/mainboard/lenovo/r60.html

This manual is for R60 series, but it should also work on X60, T60, Z61 series (integrated graphics models only).

I want a R60 or a Z61. But there is no good buy in Japanese black markets. I wonder which works, S or R or 3 or S3 or else.

So if you no longer need your style, give me it. I will be painting with your style while imagining that if you kept painting for 25 years, what kind of paintings you have drawn :) I will give you this router instead. Which work did you draw first?

I feel that my inner chronology must have gone from right to left, from the compulsory naive tree shapes to the random shapes whose meaning fluctuates according to the mood of the viewer. But I might be wrong, this was created more than 25 years ago.

The left one was most probably produced by a toothbrush and a ruler, which means that both the process and the tools were reduced to basics.

EDIT: I do not know what happened to this woman, she looks like some intermediary figure in a botched stencil work.

Someone gave her a dandelion. She still has the pressed flower. Someone contaminated her soul.
Then her "Eyes Wide Shut". I'm not certain what you are saying.

Kirigami, a paper cutout is an easy effective method to express the kensho world since it produces shadow. I thought I might adopt this Georges Seurat with the cut hemp canvases. Each figure, a person, a tree, the parasol will be prepared a stencil and the few hemp canvases then piled with subtle shifts. I will use a toothbrush instead of pointillism. But an actor needs mainly thorough psychological analysis to synchronize with a character. I like your black cat. I think usually after a painter made some amount of works, they suddenly change their style, like Francis Bacon. Maybe they acquire something like enlightenment. I almost always change my style though.

If I ever visit Japan, and if I have to choose one place only, I would go to the Higashiyama Kaii gallery nearby Nagano. Some might consider his subjects as naive but I find them so powerful.

I am not sure about the actual technique he used though (serigraph), and so about the history of his work. Some reprints seem to be available on the market, with much poorer color composition.

Someone had posted a collection of mesmerizing pictures on the Higashiyama theme. I am not sure whether I can share them here though. Do you get something if you try to go there: https://flic.kr/p/eAkL3R ?

I would say canvas?

Here they have plenty of his works, including reprints: https://www.oida-art.com/en/archives/artists/Higashiyama-Kaii

They say litograph (not serigraph) for most of them. I am surprised that they sell indifferently original prints and reprints.

Above are variations on the picture I sent you a link to.

I'm not sure about it neither... I thought maybe it was japanese paper, maybe very rough hemp canvas...
I recommend you to visit the Tokyo old downtown district if you can choose the second. 粋な深川鯔背な神田、人が悪いは麹町。
深川 is a town where artists lived in the Edo era. 神田 was a craftworkers' town. It seems that those great people lived in 麹町. 粋 stands for kind of "smartness with a touch of refined sexiness". They know how to play. 鯔背 has the similar nuance, stands for smart-looking, maybe a bit more clumsy, square personality, 人が悪い means mean personality. I had found the picture of the mountain but I was thinking it probably a photograph. I still doubt if it might be a serigraph(?) ... His pictures do not suit Western-style bare metal frames. Typo.

> His pictures do not suit Western-style bare metal frames.

I agree. They seem to lose their power, the empty space between the artwork and the frame, or the combination of both, makes them shrink. Anyway I do not intend to buy any, only to enjoy what electronic version of the scene I can get from afar.

> I had found the picture of the mountain but I was thinking it probably a photograph.

Indeed it is a photograph, sorry for the confusion (I just realized that "picture" is used indifferently for "image", "drawing" and "photograph". We shall avoid using this word). The author was trying to "document" Higashiyama's painting through photographs of the natural scenes which might have inspired him.

I edited the original in order to make it look like some sort of drawing. Also, adding some contrast.

There should be certain "recycle shops" in Japan, so try to see whether you can find another freedom-respecting computing device there. (If you still cannot repair your current one.)

PS, I plan to overtake one of my friend's X200t. But I've no idea how to deliver it to you...

I forgot to report (sorry) but I succeeded in repairing the X60s. It was maybe of BIOS problem, not of the SSD.

You would know, the Tokyo Olympic will be held in June of this year. Why don't you come to Japan to watch sailing with the X200t? I will be able to prepare accommodation (something like a tent). But I cannot do external flash. So I wouldn't need it though. If it was X60t, I might think about it seriously, though.

Yes. What a shame about it. Last summer, there were awfully many foreigners around Enoshima. I was wondering at that. They were athletes of sailing. Some of them have rented a house and shared it with the team members during the summer. It seemed fun. Spending summer in a foreign country... maybe a country or a government would pay their traveling expenses. They might come again for practice this summer.
