Hello. Is it possible to get the Weather item/indicator back in the panel in Trisquel 7 as it was in Trisquel 6?

So, I guess I'm the only one who misses this feature?
I know it's a small thing so it's not the end of the world by any means but I did find it convenient.
Cheers!

I, too, miss the weather report applet on the panel. I set the wunderground.com forecast for my city as my home page; it sort-of replaces the applet. :)

I share your demand and I am agree with your point of view. I have it in the panel of Trisquel 6, and I would like to have it also in Trisquel 7 too.
I don't understand such regressions...

I don't know if it does justice to the Trisquel 6 weather item but I still get weather with the clock item in Trisquel 7 with Gnome 3.

There is also https://launchpad.net/my-weather-indicator, but I haven't tested it with Trisquel.

I too really need the weather indicator. Is there some chance someone will work on this and make it available? The XFCE weather indicator is really good. I wonder if there's some way to convert it to work on the Gnome desktop.
