Has anyone created a Cinnamon theme yet for Trisquel 7?

I've been running Cinnamon and been playing around with various themes. The Zukitwo theme from http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/themes/view/219 seems like a decent starting point due to default settings and a transparent panel that reminds of us Gnome 2 based Trisquel versions.

Of course down the road I would like to see this integrated into the main theme package (would be in a Cinnamon folder inside /usr/share/themes/Trisquel/) and I am curious if anyone has started work on one or not.
