Mullvad VPN Problem After Etiona Upgrade

Hello everyone,
I've just upgraded from Flidas to Etiona, and now Mullvad VPN doesn't work anymore. I can get an OpenVPN connection, but I get a "server not found" error from Abrowser on every website I go to. I'm not able to get that far with WireGuard, though. For WireGuard, Mullvad VPN gives me a "failed to set system DNS server" error.
I've tried reinstalling Mullvad VPN, but I still get the error messages above. I'm by no means proficient in anything networking-related, so I'm stumped. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! :)
Hats off to Ruben et al., by the way. Etiona's great!
I also use and it is ok on trisquel 9. But I made the instation of trisquel 9 direct without updating from 8 flidas. The best to uninstall is using the command sudo apt-get --purge remove mullvad-vpn. Or try to manually delete the remaining configuration files. The mate search tool helps in this case.
