A person bought a tb hdd. In gparted he noticed, the hdd came with an ahci 150mb partition. He was informed, sellers do that in order to make the hdd windows ready.

I obtained a windows 10 computer. It has a 160gb hdd. First I shred it one time using
sudo shred -vn
150gb was shredded.
Then I shred it one more time using non free boot hd shredder. In hd shredder, the hdd is named ahci 152mb. Also after shredding the name of the hdd is ahci 152mb. Gparted says, all of the hdd is unformatted.

Why does the ahci 152mb name stick? Is the ahci 152mb partition shredded? About security, can I use the hdd? Thank you.
