oss-compat residual package

I have removed some of the packages I do not use on Trisquel. Everything
cleaned well. Less oss-compat. I still have it on residual config. But
mark for complet removal fails.

# dpkg -L oss-compat
Package `oss-compat' does not contain any files (!)
but
# dpkg --purge oss-compat
did the job.
