It seems to be a good idea to implement a Debian-like procedure for sponsoring/mentoring new code contributors to package-helpers or other Trisquel repositories.
Debian procedure is very formal and tedious but we can implement, at least, the mentors part (https://mentors.debian.net/). I can volunteer for mentoring new contributors to package-helpers repository.
I would like you to share your ideas.
