Impossible to download an addon for Blender

Hi,

I'm looking for Measureit addon to install it on Blender 2.69 running on Trisquel 7, but as it is integrated in the latest version of Blender (impossible to intall it due to lacks of dependencies), everything have been removed from the author's GitHub page, asking us to download it from the blender website.

But I can't find it !

You can refresh addon repositories in Blender, but nothing seems to happen and i have to intall it but I can't find it in Blender. I have to download it.

The author have moved from GitHub in blender developpers :

Is the any way to get it ? I don't undersand how this works :
