The most powerful WiFi adapter with an M.2 interface?

Hello everyone.
Is there a WiFi adapter more powerful than the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 (rev 01), or is this the only adapter that works with open-source software?
802.11n is the best that is supported by free software.
Hello Jason,
Thank you for your reply.
All these chipsets support 802.11n
Atheros AR9280 Standard 802.11a/b/g/n (Half-height MiniPCIe) Atheros AR9462 Standard 802.11a/b/g/n (M.2) Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 802.11b/g/n (M.2)
but I wanted to find out not about the Wi-Fi wireless network standard, but about the form factor; in my case, I need M.2 and to find out which is the most powerful or best chipset from a technical point of view. I can’t do this on the website https://h-node.org
I don't know why you included a Half-height MiniPCIe in your list if you specifically need M.2. Between your M.2 options, the AR9462 is the superior technical choice. The QCA9565 is only a single-band 1x1 MIMO card, whereas the AR9462 is a dual-band 2x2 MIMO card that maxes out at 300 Mbps. My invoice for doing this research for you is in the mail. :)
Thank you very much for your detailed reply.
You’ve got a great sense of humour, but when it comes to supporting open-source projects and developers, I always try to make a donation whenever I can and I’m very understanding about it.
As for the dual bands, have I understood you correctly that this Wi-Fi module supports 2.4GHz & 5GHz for open-source distributions? Or did you mean something else?
I took another look at the links provided by Avron and Nadebula.1984; they list two chips:
chip1: Atheros AR7010
chip2: Atheros AR9280
If you meant Bluetooth, then I’m looking for this module for Wi-Fi only.
