On libreboot's irc generally only one person answers, swiftgeek. Either
swiftgeek considered my questions too piddly or he could
not hinder himself from making fun of some of my
questions.

After complaining, swiftgeek does not answer at all.

That is why I ask if you will be on a chat on scheduled time,
giving instructions?

You decide when. I have a beaglebone black and installed
flashing software. I got a soic clip, jump wires and
an atx power supply. I got the t400 libreboot rom.

Unknown if
config-pin is set to spi pinmux.

I will have to disassemble the t400.

Thanks.

Sorry, I never did that (not for the first time, I did reflash my T400). I would suggest contacting directly Leah Rowe since that's the person behind the original project.

I was able to get a T400 flashed. disassembly is the worst. In the case of the flashing itself, I followed the documentation and it worked just fine.

I have tried to flash libreboot.
It did not work. If I run the command for backing up the lenovo rom, it returns no eprom
flashdevice found.
If I run command for flashing libreboot it returns many probing
for messages. Then says no eprom flashdevice found.
I tested power supplying the soic 16 with an
atx power supply and from the 3.3v pin on the beaglebone
black. There can be many sources of errors. Wrong
wiring. Soic 16 does not connect to the flash
chip correctly. Wrong commands.

I have a raspberry pi 0 and orange pi one I might
test.
