Hello, I followed this page: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/update-linux-libre-kernel
to update the Trisquel 12 (ecne) kernel to the latest version, but it still says that I am not running the Hardware Enablement Stack.

Note: I am using the latest version of canoeboot.

You have the 6.11.0 kernel, which comes with the Hardwared Enablement Stack, while you would have 6.8.0 if you did not install the Hardware Enablement Stack.
Perhaps it is correctly installed but the hwe-support-status python3 script isn't correct.
