User (Login) not recognized on the Trisquel web site

Hi All,

As I explained on the forum [FR] Trisquel-Utilisateurs, I have difficulties with "User login" on the Trisquel Web site, which is still not resolved, here's why:

When I type my identifiers on (User login) the service returns me that the name (Mimmo...) is a reserved username...
When I go to (ask a new password) and I type my username or my email address, the service returns me that (Mimmo... is not allowed to request a new password)...

Is it possible to solve this brainteaser, where I have to simply remove (revoke) my profile on Trisquel [dot] info.
