Thank you very much. I checked but according to Abrowser the file isn't safe to download. And I don't want to harm my system.

The browser says that about every deb program you download; it's a stupid message. It doesn't know anything special.

I guess the problem is it would be an extra task to maintain. I checked package.trisquel.info and it did not provide any results for apt-listbugs. Also, packages.ubuntu.com does not have it.
