I will be installing Trisquel very soon the computer in question is a Asus Eee Pc has anyone done this before ? And if they have what issues have they had if any?

You can get an idea of how well Asus Eee Pcs are supported by entirely free GNU/Linux distros on h-node website: http://www.h-node.com/notebooks/catalogue/en/1/1/Asus/undef/undef/undef/undef/undef/undef

Also, note that you are posting on the French Trisquel mailing-list/forum. I think that posting in the engligh one would be more appropriate in the future. If you need real-time help to install Trisquel, this is probably the place to ask, along with the #trisquel IRC channel, on irc.freenode.net.
