Atril and evince are trucating the top of certain lines of text in a PDF document

when I open https://static.fsf.org/nosvn/gnu-press/source-files/books/command-line.pdf in abrowser, it displays fine.
Same if I save it and open it with okular or mupdf.
With atril and evince, I see the command line examples often partly truncated, see the attached picture (first example on page 97, second page of section 34). This is not in all examples, but still in many examples, so rather disturbing.
Do other people see the same?

"Do other people see the same?"
No.
Yes.
It depends.
Lol.
Look at the top of the first letter of "foo" on page 12.
Yes, I see all the "foo" truncated, with two different levels of truncation, depending on which line.
I don't know whether this is a bug in evince/atril or something to be fixed in the pdf file.
I am also getting the same artefacts with atril. I would suspect a poppler issue if MuPDF is rendering fine.
EDIT: sorry, no, okular is also using poppler, so it must be in the evince/atril implementation. Note that the pdf has been generated from an html document with wkhtmltopdf.
You can get a complete html version there, and print it as pdf without the truncated lines:

MuPDF is generally more accurate than Poppler in my experience. There are some maps that Poppler cannot deal with, but MuPDF can handle them fine. I prefer using Okular most of the time for its UI, but I keep MuPDF installed to open these PDFs.
There is a MuPDF backend for Okular but I don't know how well it works.
