BitTorrent Sync Automatically syncs files via secure, distributed technology.

Any opinions on this? Is it compatible with the free software principles?

Where's the source code? After a quick search I couldn't find it. A
program without source code is automatically not okay.

I saw that - It claims to be "BitTorrent's Torque powered javascript
library, bringing torrent technology to the browser" - Not BitTorent
Sync. I can't seem to find the source code for BitTorrent Sync anywhere.

No wonder you didn't find it as they're not providing it...

So no, it's certainly not free.

Interesting thanks for the comments. It's a shame its not free software. Distributed peer-to-peer file syncing sounds like a good idea.

Indeed, so go make a free implementation of it. :)
