Do we have smaller ISO for English Language only?

I am recently planning to Install Flidas. I've found that the size of iso is 2.5GB! That looks bit more. I don't want to go for mini version. I've noticed that 2.5GB iso contains "50 language translations preinstalled".

So, If I restrict that to English only, can the size be optimized? If yes, How do I get iso for English only? (Do we have it on developer site?)
