At the bottom of every page there is a link called "Printer-friendly version". You can download it.

you could also try this:
wget --recursive --no-clobber --page-requisites --html-extension --convert-links --domains trisquel.info --no-parent https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/documentation/
after its downloaded you can find all the wiki pages in the directory trisquel.info/en/wiki/
