Can I fix command-not-found database, it shows even when I'm live user

I believe command-not-found would suggest commands after running 'sudo apt update', as the error message says.

Hello,
I 've just found some fixes by search, but not sure if can apply.
Someone states this could be a solution:
Just run sudo update-command-not-found and sudo apt file-update
