dose anyone know exactly what guix is
i tested the usb image and it was just a very basic cli interface
why is a package manager a gnu/linux distro?

I think:
1. There's a package manager called Guix
2. There's a distro made by its authors/creators/whatever that makes use of it and is named after it.
