I found like in 3 Github clients for android in F-Droid saying that Github runs propietary software. Is that truth? Did you know that? Should we use Gerrit instead?

but then I read that Git is free software https://git-scm.com/
and I read the list of code review in wikipedia but Github doesn´t appear https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tools_for_code_review
I am totally confused, can someone clarify my doubts?

GitHub is an online service-- the source code to GitHub isn't released publicly, and thus it is a non-free service.
This isn't necessarily bad, of course.

yes, maybe. Not for the ones who fight for a free web.

You aren't running GitHub's software on your computer-- it doesn't affect your freedom. What Onpon said, basically.
Non-free services can be bad, but aren't bad inherently.

Perhaps the F-Droid project is referring to the non-free JavaScript?

It makes no sense to describe a service as non-libre. GitHub's code being libre or not affects the owners of GitHub, not GitHub's users.
