offline so your not reliant on Google translate etc..

its currently making my cpu cry with a simple sentence but it seems to work ok thanks!

*my cpu has 8 cores at 3.5ghz so i don’t know whats causing it to work so hard...

There are no programs that can translate any language *properly*. Languages are very complex systems. Especially, resolving the ambiguities in the text is something a machine promptly fails to do. Machines can't translate idioms, which are an essential and very frequent part of every human language. If you want something that translates text but it translates it a la google translate, that is, terribly inaccurately, I'm sure there are programs that can do it, but if you want a decent translation you have two options: paying someone for the translation or learning the language.
