How to go from Abrowser 107 to 108 on Pure OS/ Debian

I'm using Pure OS with Abrowser. How do you update from 107 to 108. I keep on getting dependencies errors.

I was able to get it working by uninstalling the repos and reinstalling. It's a pain having to that when there is an update. I'm wondering if there is an easier way.

More seriously, that is indeed probably an easier way to have Abrowser on Debian than what Urbancowboy did.

I have two computers running Trisquel, I just wanted try another FOSS distro with Gnome on a spare laptop. I had issues getting the script to work. I just tried Sudo Su and worked lol. Thanks ! I'm still a newbie.

You could have more simply executed the script with sudo followed by the path to the script.

You can install GNOME in Trisquel running this command: sudo apt install gnome-shell or sudo apt install gnome-core
