How to install plugins in Netbeans ?

Hello!
First, excuse my bad english...
I don't know if the plugins for Netbeans aren't free but I can't install them.
(I need the Javascript Debugger plugin).
Is this normal ?
I'll be happy if you have a suggestion to make...

What version of Trisquel are you using?
I'm using Trisquel 4 and installed that plugin. First, I didn't know how to tick it for installation, but then I figured out that you have to right click on it, select the appropriate option and, then click on the install button.
The pluggin is free, it has the same license NetBeans has.

I tried to just click on the checkbox to install the plugin and I realized the need to right click :-/
