Does it work for anyone else? It worked in the past and works in Midori.
I removed the directory /home/username/.mozilla and reinstalled Web Browser and HTML5 still doesn't work on Dailymotion.

I think the problem is in Dailymotion. The player works only at the
HTML5 activation page in Epiphany (WebKit based). Doesn't work with
Abrowser (Web browser) or GNU IceCat either. The latest version of
Linterna Mágica (0.0.9-1) should work when the HTML5 player is turned
off in Dailymotion. At least for videos hosted at Dailymotion.
Thanks but I didn't want flash replacements for a change and just wanted to watch videos using HTML5 which worked in the past.

OK. Then you might send them a bug report. See the contact/feedback
section. The link is at the bottom of the page.
Thanks. I sent a bug report. Let's hope it's fixed soon.
I don't know about daily motion but they might only support h.264 and not webM.

All the browsers I've tested, do not make the HTML5 player. I see either
page with empty space, where the player should be, or the flash player.
If the player loads at least in one of the browsers I could confirm if
they have only h.264 support. I think this was the case in the past.

I've just tested with Midori (WebKit based). It works there. The video
is h.264. Epiphany is also based on WebKit, but for some reason fails to
set the cookie for the HTML5 player in Dailymotion and the flash player
is always used.
