Initial settings for new abrowser profiles

I am a translator!
Every time I create a new abrowser profile, I repeat the same modifications for a number of settings and for the abrowser window layout. Is there a way to make it so that, when I create a new abrowser profile, these modifications are automatically applied to the new profile? I'd like this not to prevent doing afterwards changes on the same or different settings or layout elements.
I guess you can copy the files in the sub-directory of ~/.mozilla/abrowser/ that corresponds to a freshly-configured profile and later reuse them in the sub-directory of a newly-created profile to not have to repeat the same modifications.
I think there's a JS file at /etc/abrowser that lets you set system-wide preferences. This would of course apply to all users, if you are on a multi-user system.
