Installing Thunderbird

Hi there all,

I want to install Thunderbird to make it easy to follow the instructions at https://emailselfdefense.fsf.org/en/. When I try to select Thunderbird in the "add / remove applications" dialog, it permanently shows a wait icon when I try to click Thunderbird. Any ideas, please?

Install IceDove instead.

I had the same issue yesterday, and even when I did apt-get install thunderbird from the command line IceDove was installed. This is fine with me, and enigmail works great with IceDove.
