To get libdvdcss in an easy manner and enable encrypted DVD playback, Debian Buster package installs and works fine.
https://packages.debian.org/buster/libdvd-pkg
Use gdebi to install the deb package.
To finish and conclude the installation, run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg' in terminal.

It's a downloader, not a proper package. I doubt that it would meet Trisuqel's packaging standards, and I know it wouldn't meet Debian's, which is presumably why it is in contrib instead of main despite being free software.
